Who can participate in the congress?
The congress is open to health, education, and research professionals, social organizations, individuals with Down syndrome, and their families.
How can I register for the congress?
Registration is completed exclusively through the official website by filling out the corresponding form and following the steps indicated in the registration section.
How long will the launch price be available?
The promotional price is available for a limited time and will remain valid until the spots allocated for this category are sold out.
Is it possible to pay in installments for international participants?
The 12 interest-free installments promotion is exclusive to residents of Argentina. International participants can pay in a single payment via bank transfer or PayPal.
Is a payment receipt or certificate issued?
Yes. Once the payment is confirmed, an official receipt will be sent to the registered email address. For questions, contact info@worldcongressds2027.org.
Is it possible to transfer my registration to another person?
Yes, registrations are transferable by sending a request to info@worldcongressds2027.org at least 15 days in advance.
Are there discounts for group registrations?
Yes. We offer special conditions for groups of ten or more people from the same institution. Contact info@worldcongressds2027.org.
Will materials be available in an easy-to-read format?
Yes. Materials will be prepared in an easy-to-read format to guarantee accessible content for everyone.
Will there be assistance for people with reduced mobility?
The CEC venue is fully accessible. Support staff will be available to assist anyone who requires it.
Is it possible to submit papers or presentations?
Yes. The Congress includes spaces for the presentation of academic papers and good practices. The call for submissions is now open, and you can review the requirements, categories and deadlines here.
Do I have to pay the registration fee if I present a paper?
Yes. Presenting a paper does not exempt you from paying the Congress registration fee. However, those who present papers are entitled to special registration discounts. You can review the conditions and submit your paper here.
Are certificates of attendance provided?
Yes. Participants will receive an official certificate endorsed by ASDRA, FIADOWN, and Down Syndrome International.
Will simultaneous interpretation be available?
Yes. Simultaneous interpretation between Spanish, English, and Portuguese will be available in the main sessions.
Is lunch included?
Registration includes coffee breaks. Lunch is not included. The CEC venue and the Recoleta neighborhood offer a wide variety of dining options.
Is an official invitation letter issued to obtain a visa?
Yes. The Congress can issue an official invitation letter for those who need one to process their visa. The letter certifies your registration and participation, and does not imply any financial or other commitment on the part of the organization. You can request it by writing to info@worldcongressds2027.org.
Are there special hotel rates?
