Who can participate in the congress? The congress is open to health, education, and research professionals, social organizations, individuals with Down syndrome, and their families.

How can I register for the congress? Registration is conducted exclusively through the official website by completing the corresponding form and following the steps indicated in the registration section.

Until when is the launch price available? The promotional price is limited and will remain valid until the quota allocated for this category is exhausted.

Is installment payment available for international participants? The 12 surcharge-free installment promotion is exclusive to Argentine residents. International attendees can pay in full via bank transfer or PayPal.

Is a proof or certificate of payment issued? Yes. Once the payment is cleared, an official receipt will be sent to the registered email address. For inquiries, contact info@worldcongressds2027.org.

Is it possible to transfer a registration to another person? Yes, registrations are transferable by sending a request to info@worldcongressds2027.org at least 15 days in advance.

Are there group registration discounts? Yes. Special group rates are available for groups of ten or more from the same institution. Contact info@worldcongressds2027.org.

Will materials be available in easy-read format? Yes. Materials will be prepared in an easy-read format to facilitate content accessibility.

Will there be assistance for people with reduced mobility? The CEC is fully accessible. Support staff will be available to assist anyone who needs it.

Is it possible to submit papers or presentations? Yes. The congress provides spaces for academic work and best practices. The call for proposals will be announced in due course.

Do I need to pay registration if I submit an abstract? Yes, submitting an abstract does not exempt any participant from paying the congress registration fee.

Is a certificate of attendance provided? Yes. Participants will receive an official certificate endorsed by ASDRA, FIADOWN, and Down Syndrome International.

Will there be simultaneous translation? Yes. Simultaneous translation between Spanish, English, and Portuguese will be provided in main sessions.

Is lunch included? Registration includes coffee breaks. Lunch is not included. The CEC and Recoleta offer multiple dining options.

Can I request an official invitation letter for visa purposes? Yes. You can request one by emailing info@worldcongressds2027.org with your details and registration number.

Are there special rates with hotels? Special agreements are being made with hotels near the CEC for preferential rates. Information will be updated in the Tourism section.
