Important Information
Allowed Submissions
Each author may submit one (1) proposal as primary author and one (1) additional proposal as co-author.
Official Languages
Proposals can be officially submitted in Spanish, English, or Portuguese.
Program Committee
Final acceptance of proposals is subject to technical and methodological evaluation by the Program Committee.
Step-by-step guide to submit your work
Account Creation & Sign In
To submit a proposal, you must log in with your username and password. If you do not have an account registered on the abstracts platform yet, you will need to create a new account before filling out the form.
Log in with your username and password. If you don't have an account yet, sign up.
In the main menu, click on "Add proposal".
Complete all requested information (title, modality, authors, summary content, and thematic tracks).
Review the information to ensure accuracy.
Click "Submit" to complete your submission.
Verify that the system displays a submission confirmation message.
